- 2oz Southern Tier London Dry Gin
- 1oz Rosemary Simple Syrup (recipe below)
- 3oz Grapefruit Juice
- 0.5oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Sparkling Lemonade
- Cucumber Slice
Rosemary Simple Syrup Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 4 Rosemary Sprigs
Make the Rosemary Simple Syrup:
Add sugar, water and rosemary sprigs to pot. Stir continuously on med-high heat until the syrup turns clear. Remove from heat, cover and steep for 30 minutes. Strain into a bottle.
Make the cocktail:
In a cocktail mixer add ice, gin, simple syrup, grapefruit juice and cucumber slices. Shake vigorously. Strain into highball glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling lemonade and garnish with cucumber slice.
